For first-timers, I recommend cutting the gummies in half, and half again. Normal use is around 10-20mg per gummy. These are 100mg each. That’s a lot of power, so cut the gummies until it’s around 20mg (just eye the cut). You’ll thank me later as there is nothing worse than getting sick on a product as great as this.
